Dual timing belts for synchronous drives

Dual timing belts have teeth on both the inside and the outside. The two sides can either have identical or different tooth pitches (vario dual timing belts). A special version of this is the multi-variable dual timing belt. It features two different pitches on both the inside and the outside.

 

Timing belts with cleats

For conveying piece goods of diverse shapes, cleats of more than 500 different sizes and designs are available. These can be welded directly onto the back of the timing belt. The distances between the cams are freely definable and can be realized in tooth synchronous as well as non-tooth synchronous design. If required, it is also possible to realize systems for interchangeable cleats with screw or magnetic fastenings. Special shapes are likewise available, such as glass-fiber reinforced fan cleats or cams with bristles for transporting sensitive goods.

 

Timing belts with a tracer vacuum strip

Timing belts with a tracer vacuum strip are translucent, can be clocked, used in both running directions, and provide a large area vacuum. In automation technology, they are used, among other things, to set up measuring sections that serve to measure and to determine the position of components.

 

Timing belts with vacuum cups

Depending on the characteristics of the goods to be transported, timing belts with suction cups can be used for slip-free transport and positioning of flat parts. The suction cups are manufactured according to customer specifications, and the pitch can be freely chosen.

 

Tray Conveyor Belts

Special tray conveyor belts are particularly well suited for product transport on clocked lines. Both the hole pattern for fastening the trays as well as the tray pitch can be individually designed. The trays are interchangeable.

 

Magnetic timing belts

Sollen magnetische Bauteile vereinzelt, fixiert oder transportiert werden, kommen Magnetzahnriemen zum Einsatz. Die dafür verwendeten Neodym Magneten bieten eine enorme Anziehungskraft bei geringem Platzbedarf und werden direkt in den Zahnriemen eingelassen. Die Stärke der Anziehungskraft und die Polarisierung können je nach Automatisierungsaufgabe und Riemengeometrie spezifisch angepasst werden. Magnetzahnriemen können auch als Basis von Schnellwechselsystemen für Nocken eingesetzt werden.

 

Vacuum belts

Vacuum belts with customized pocket geometries are applicable for a wide range of tasks. They are used, for example, in bag forming, filling and sealing machines for automated packaging, where they guarantee precise feeding of the packaging films.
