Toothed belt pulleys
We supply toothed belt pulleys in metric and inch pitches. Different profiles such as T, AT and HTD for M-profiles are available as well as toothed pulleys for polychain belts with a performance-optimized tooth shape. The toothed pulleys are optionally prepared for finish bores or taper bushings.
We are pleased to manufacture gears according to your specifications. Our skilled staff and modern machines allow us to respond to the individual wishes of our customers and to manufacture all common tooth profiles and pitches. Of course, we provide support in the selection of the profile or a suitable material, if desired.
Insert bars for interchangeable cleats systems
Insert bars made of brass or stainless steel are used to securely screw interchangeable cams onto the timing belt. For this purpose, the teeth to which the cams are to be attached are milled off and each is replaced by an insert bar with screw-in threads. We manufacture the bars to fit different tooth profiles and belt widths.
